Features: It works automatically for material (3-10 different material)formulating, mixing and packing based on actual requirements of soil-testing and fertilization. Output adjustable can reach 5-50T/H. Users can adjust formulas to meet the actual needs of soil and plants and yield suitable products based on formulas accordingly.

I. Technical process: formulating equipped with bucket→stirring pot→feed bin→measuring without bucket→sealing→truck-loading

1. air-operated drive, feed with two-stage of large and small, measuring all kinds of material independently, high measuring speed;

2. quakeproof with two levels, multistage filter technique, precise measuring;

3. full-automatic control by computer, high-rate 485 or 232 communication interface, max-storage of 36 different formulas, intelligent and easy operation;

4. automatic formulating, mixing and packaging, feeding material, mixing balanced, package without particle separation phnomenon due to different size of particle, weighing scope adjustable from 20kg-50kg, widely applied;

5. energy saving and low power dissipation, power for complete equipment is less than 10KW;

6. small foor area, a complete equipment takes a floor area of 25-50㎡

It applies to fertilizer formulas, mixing and packing for various powder and granule material without adhesiveness in trades of fertilizers, chemical engineering, fodder and cement industry etc.
