Application and feature:

Take urea as nitrogen source,mixing liquid urea melted by melting tank into new-loaded and reverted material in a spraying way. Liquid urea is not only a raw material but also a liquid phase and adhesives participated in granulates production and supply certain heat used in heating material, by which it makes granulators with mini-moisture and convenient for granulation and drying process.
Technique in developing this equipment makes formula production for material with high-nitrogen in which it is hard to control originally much easier. And also it improves product quality(nitrogen content up to 23%-25%)and quantity(up by 30%) greatly and strengthens granulates strength and fruity degree.

Made of stainless steel, machine can be upgraded and reconstructed to old production line. Output of this equipment:20,000-200,000tons.
